How do I get a quote?

Yes, absolutely. The on-site visit and the quote are entirely free, with no conditions.
Are there travel costs?
For most projects within a reasonable radius, travel is included. For projects further away, any costs will be clearly specified in the quote.
Can the quote price change?
Unless you modify the project, we always honour the price agreed in the accepted quote. No nasty surprises.

What timescales should I expect?
It depends on the nature of the project. A simple repair can be scheduled within a few days. A custom kitchen requires 4 to 8 weeks (manufacturing + installation). We always provide you with a precise schedule.
Do you work weekends?
By appointment, we can arrange to suit your schedule. Contact us to discuss availability.
What happens if I need to change my project along the way?
We discuss it together. If the change is minor, it is often absorbed. If it impacts cost or timescales, we inform you immediately.

Yes. Our interventions are recognised by Belgian insurance companies for claims. We draw up quotes in the required format and can correspond directly with your insurer.

Yes, our work is covered by the legal guarantee. We intervene at no cost if a problem is related to our execution or materials.
